Welcome to the Disney Villas at Emerald Island Resort, Solana Resort and Hampton Lakes Resort near Orlando Florida. Our luxury villas in Orlando are located in the peaceful rolling hills to the south-west of Orlando, yet are only a short distance from the major attractions of central Florida.
Our villas are situated on the prestigious Emerald Island Resort, Solana Resort and Hampton Lakes Resort which offers you luxury living during your vacation. From the manicured lawns and landscaped gardens to the club house, community tennis and community pool facilities the resort is maintained to the highest standards and will provide you with a tranquil base during your vacation and a place to rest after a long day at one the theme parks! The communities are next to each other within a short distance to Disney World parks.
We have several luxury houses for you to choose from. All houses were newly furnished lately. All houses have at least 3 en-suite facilities and twin rooms which is great for 2 to 3 families. The villas are all very spacious in living area, in addition to an extended pool deck with heated. All houses have a Games Room with a slate bed billiard table, some has 8 ft air hockey table as well. All our houses offer free wireless broadband internet access, free phone calls across the USA and Canada.

Booking Proceedure and Cancellation Polocy
If you decide to make a reservation after confirming availability and cost, we shall forward you the rental agreement and booking form to fill out and sign. A $300.00 refundable security deposit has to be paid to hold the reservation. The Villa shall be reserved under your name as soon as we receive the signed agreement and deposit. We will confirm the booking by email along with the actual location and driving directions. The rental payment is due 60 days before your check in. All other information including the lock box key code in order for you to gain entrance into the villa will follow soon. The security deposit will be refunded to the renter within two weeks after check out date following a satisfactory inspection from the property management company.
60-90 days prior to check-in – full refund of deposit less $50 charge.
30-60 days prior to check-in – deposit retained as credit towards rental within one year.
Within 30 days – 100% of rental unless the property can be re-rented.
Note: We will not keep deposits/rental fees except $50 processing fee if the property can be re-rented. Our goal is to rent out the property as much as possible, and not to keep your deposit.
