House Location
This house is located in the popular Solana Community adjacent to Hampton Lakes. Community is a gated community which has 24 hour guard at the gate. The community community pool and club house with fitness room and arcade.
The Family Room
The Family room a cozy sofa set, and 52 inch plasma TV, so you can catch the big game or chat with friends and family.
Private pool
A large pool (30x15) with spa that is heated and a relaxing Jacuzzi will make your stay relaxing and enjoyable. The Pool area is surrounded by a large deck for you to relax and sip a couple of cold drinks after a busy day at the parks. There is a grill for you to use on the deck.
Full Kitchen
A spacious full kitchen equipped with the latest model of appliances and cooking ware was ready to cook a home made meal for a big crowd. Plates, bowls, cups and other eating utensils were there for your convenience.
Games Room
The living room area has been turned in to a games room with pool table and air hockey table for you to have fun with friends and family outside the parks.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms
There are 6 spacious bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms: 2 king suite, 2 queen suite and 2 twin rooms share a full bath, and a half bath on the first floor. All bedrooms have spacious closets to store your travel belongings.
